HiSoftware Relocates Corporate Offices
New Facility to Accommodate Company’s Rapidly Expanding Operations

Nashua, NH – April 10, 2006 – HiSoftware, a leading provider of software, services and managed operation solutions that monitor and optimize Web content, quality and regulatory compliance across an organization’s Web site, today announced it has moved offices from Concord to Nashua, New Hampshire. The new facility houses the company’s corporate headquarters and Americas regional operation.
