today the release of AccMonitor®
Site Quality Module. Part of the
AccMonitor Suite of automated
content compliance solutions, the
Site Quality Module provides
automated monitoring and testing of
structural and content issues for
enterprise Web sites.

The Site Quality Module provides
an enterprise test management system
that enables automated, scheduled
and on-demand monitoring of one or
multiple Web sites for site quality
and change management issues. The
software assists with quality and
accessibility assurance by scanning
and analyzing a site’s Web content
for broken links, slow loading
pages, changing content, Web site
downtime and slow server response
time. It also provides orphan file
analysis, producing detailed reports
to help developers and quality
assurance professionals identify and
fix content, interaction and
usability defects. The Site Quality
Module automatically sends e-mail
alerts to Web managers for critical
issues that may interfere with a Web
user’s experience, enabling fast
resolution of Web issues and minimum
impact.
Version 10.0 features
HiSoftware’s enhanced crawler
technology for increased speed,
performance and optimized Web
management. The latest release of
the Site Quality Module also
provides updated scheduling
components for advanced automation
capabilities. It assists in the
process of creating a complete “Site
Inventory” providing Web managers
with a better understanding of their
sites by providing information on
site size, file types in use, mail
links, third-party links and more.
It allows users to find and fix
broken links, broken anchors and
other content defects.
Developed to perform at high
speeds on any server, the Site
Quality Module is designed to take
advantage of the full potential of
the system on which it is running.
Optional Web-based administration
eases the burden on IT, allowing for
pervasive quality to be achieved
regardless of platform. The software
is optimized to handle security and
usability with Windows XP Service
Pack 2. The Version 10.0 release
also includes a licensed version of
HiSoftware’s award-winning Link
Validation Utility for ongoing
user-driven site testing and
management.
